Heat Seal Dies

Our dies are designed for numerous pouch machine applications, including:

• Doyen seal dies
• Shaped platen seal dies

• Shapes and 3D profiling

We use only thermally stable materials that resist warping during the heating and cooling process.

In addition, heat expansion algorithms are applied to seal designs to ensure proper dimensions at temperature.

We use either aluminum or steel substrate dies for the extreme temperature requirements. Our dies are designed to fit your existing production equipment.
